FILLIMI: NJË JAHT DHE NJË FINANCIER
Sipas raportimit të Al Jazeera dhe France 24, Jared Kushner mësoi për herë të parë për bregdetin Adriatik të Shqipërisë nëpërmjet Nat Rothschild, finansistit anglo-amerikan. Marrëveshja mbulon dy zona të ndara por të lidhura të bregdetit të mbrojtur shqiptar. E para është Ishulli i Sazanit — me vlerë rreth 1.4 miliardë dollarë. E dyta është peizazhi bregdetar në Zvërnec dhe Vjosa-Nartë — me vlerë rreth 4.7 miliardë dollarë. Së bashku, dy projektet përfaqësojnë rreth 6.1 miliardë dollarë — një shumë e jashtëzakonshme për një vend me PBB rreth 25 miliardë dollarë.

Qeveria shqiptare dha statusin e investitorit strategjik Atlantic Incubation Partners në fund të vitit 2024. Sipas raportimeve të shumta, komponenti i Ishullit të Sazanit u miratua zyrtarisht në janar 2025 — rreth dy muaj pas fitores elektorale të Donald Trump dhe pak ditë para inaugurimit të tij. Kritikët e kanë vënë re kohën: qeveria shqiptare e Edi Ramës dukej se nxitoi miratimin e marrëveshjes për partnerin e familjes Trump.
